We offer a finished product tailored to the needs of each customer: FABRICATION of metal parts in different materials, PROCESSES and finishes, simple or COMPLETE, standard or Customized, in batch or sequenced JIT, standard or customized packaging and direct shipment to site or end customer, under conditions and on behalf of our customer.

We are committed to investment and constant renewal of machinery and technologies. We have a reliable network of suppliers and a team of professionals with extensive experience. We follow a model of continuous improvement in all our processes: office with 3D CAD, poka-yoke assembly systems, QR identification labeling. All in order to offer a better service in terms of quality, time, flexibility and agility.

Our history

  • 1983

    MARSU was set up in April of 1983 as a subcontracting company of the now disappeared ENEGARCA, fabricating metal cabinets for bathrooms. For a long time, our company carried out its activity in the bathroom sector, but began to work as a supplier of metal first aid boxes for insurance companies. This product that involved the shaping of metal, painting and letter printing, brought about the change in the main activity of the following years.

  • 1985

    The main qualitative change relating to work methods, machinery and facilities, came about when we began to work for SELCOM-ARAGON, the now WITTUR, that pushed the need to introduce CNC machinery and other technology to fulfil the higher quality demands and the higher complexity of the product of this company.

  • 1995

    In the year 1995, we installed the first punching press and gained access to other types of customers and more precision pieces.

  • 2000

    In 2000 we installed a powder coating line by electrostatic deposition that allowed us to close the manufacturing cycle.

  • 2005

    In 2005, we added a punching machine with an automatic loading system that optimized and carried out simultaneously the cutting and punching jobs. This equipment is mainly used for the fabrication of generator canopies for GESAN, currently ATLAS COPCO.

  • 2008

    In the year 2008, a new change of great magnitude came about in Marsu, by dividing the production line of metal canopies for generators and compressors when moving to a different production centre as a new company.

  • 2013

    The addition in May of 2013 of a laser fibre cutting machine, with an automatic loading-unloading feeder, meant a big step to the adaptation to the requirements of the market and increased our industrial activity for other customers and products.

  • 2016

    During the year 2016 an important technological renovation is carried out, with the incorporation of a paneling line and two laser cutting machines with automated loading and unloading.

  • 2018

    We incorporated to the productive process a robotic welding center by the hand of Yaskawa, which allows us to reach new levels of efficiency and quality. In addition, we renewed the punching section with the acquisition of a new electric punching machine.

  • 2020

    The cutting section is substantially improved, with the upgrade of a 6kW fiber laser and the incorporation of a machine with water cutting technology, thus diversifying our activity to the transformation of other materials in addition to sheet metal. During this year the generational change in the management of the company takes place.
